Physical Violence

Physical violence isn't limited to  attacks with weapons, but includes punches, kicks , pinches and scuffles of any kind. Additionally, burning or poisoning also counts as physical violence.  Physical violence is a criminal offense if it causes bodily harm and/or long-term health issues. Additionally, physical violence might cause psychological damage, as victims tend to be afraid of being victimised again.
